2014 WIT Cellars Red Blend

Vibrant and pretty with lots of depth and power from this 2014 Red Blend. The color is a rich crimson with subtle hints of spice, pomegranate, and cardamom. The acidity and minerality are beautifully balanced.

All wine grapes were fermented separately and then blended for optimal balance. Aged for two years in 50% new French Oak barrels, and 50% neutral French Oak barrels to let the fruit shine through. Production 250

2015 WIT Cellars Late Harvest Riesling

This beautiful after dinner treat is sure to delight you. It is called late harvest because we leave the grape clusters on the vine to get maximum sugars just before we get to our winter months. With notes of pear, honeysuckle and a touch of apple. Residual sugar 13.2% Production: 254 cases

2016 Petit Verdot Dessert Wine (Port Style)

Olsen Vineyards, Block 23,  located in the Yakima Valley AVA, provided us with exceptional grapes to create an amazing Port Style Dessert Wine.  I believe that Port wine captures a moment in time.  It allows our customers to taste the flavors I tasted that day in October, when I stopped the fermentation by adding Brandy spirits to the fermenter.  This wine possesses strong flavors of toasted marshmallows, boysenberry jam, cherry cordial, caramelized sugars and roasted nuts.

2016 WIT Cab Sauv Painted Hills Vyd

The 2016 vintage was a warm, long growing season that allowed ample hang time, and to easily ripen anything. This vintage took us to the Painted Hills Vineyard, where we find beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon. The first thing you'll notice, is the deep dark garnet color. On the nose you'll be greeted with sweet cherry and tobacco. On the palate, you'll find cola, vanilla, and light smoke. The tannins are silky, smooth and round, and it has an incredibily long finish. This a beautiful expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, and what the Columbia Valley can produce. 220 cases.

2016 WIT Olsen Cab Sauv

This old block of Cabernet boasts expressive fruit drivin intesity, and is perfectly balanced by soft tannins and unctuous texture. This mature vineyard hangs atop a bluff overlooking the Yakima River Basin. From its pinnacle it has optimal sun exposure, benefits from extended hang-time, and full flavor development. 

Winemaker Notes: Oh how we lvoe the fruit from Olsen Vineyard! This Cabernet is everything we think Cab should be. From the nose it greets you with cherry and spice, going into tobacco, cocoa, and cola on the palate. The silky tannins are refined and elegant. The lingering finish will leave you wanting more.
