2014 WIT Cellars Red Blend

Vibrant and pretty with lots of depth and power from this 2014 Red Blend. The color is a rich crimson with subtle hints of spice, pomegranate, and cardamom. The acidity and minerality are beautifully balanced.

All wine grapes were fermented separately and then blended for optimal balance. Aged for two years in 50% new French Oak barrels, and 50% neutral French Oak barrels to let the fruit shine through. Production 250

2015 WIT Cellars Late Harvest Riesling

This beautiful after dinner treat is sure to delight you. It is called late harvest because we leave the grape clusters on the vine to get maximum sugars just before we get to our winter months. With notes of pear, honeysuckle and a touch of apple. Residual sugar 13.2% Production: 254 cases

2016 Petit Verdot Dessert Wine (Port Style)

Olsen Vineyards, Block 23,  located in the Yakima Valley AVA, provided us with exceptional grapes to create an amazing Port Style Dessert Wine.  I believe that Port wine captures a moment in time.  It allows our customers to taste the flavors I tasted that day in October, when I stopped the fermentation by adding Brandy spirits to the fermenter.  This wine possesses strong flavors of toasted marshmallows, boysenberry jam, cherry cordial, caramelized sugars and roasted nuts.

2017 WIT Cellars Chardonnay

Evergreen Vineyard, located in the Ancient Lakes AVA, brought us this exceptional Chardonnay.  This medium bodied Chardonnay went through a partial malolactic fermentation to create a creamy full bodied wine with hints of lemon curd.  It is an elegant, smooth Chardonnay, with notes of light butter, hazelnut, star fruit and pineapple.  This Chardonnay boasts just enough tartness to make it exceptionally versatile when pairing with food. 2017 WIT Cellars Rose

These grapes are delivered direct to press, while cold, to minimize color and extraction. This creates a more fruit forward Rosé. Our Rosé has flavors of rhubarb, strawberry, cranberry and is light on the palate with a vibrant finish.  Production: 300
