2016 Mazzacano L'armonia Red Blend

This vintage inspired a Super Tuscan for the blend, which is super dark, with rich texture and round supple tannins; along with notes of dark berries, chocolate, licorice and warm spices. A complex and lovely marriage of these two varietals blend in perfect harmony.

2016 Petit Verdot Dessert Wine (Port Style)

Olsen Vineyards, Block 23,  located in the Yakima Valley AVA, provided us with exceptional grapes to create an amazing Port Style Dessert Wine.  I believe that Port wine captures a moment in time.  It allows our customers to taste the flavors I tasted that day in October, when I stopped the fermentation by adding Brandy spirits to the fermenter.  This wine possesses strong flavors of toasted marshmallows, boysenberry jam, cherry cordial, caramelized sugars and roasted nuts.

2017 Mazzacano Sotte Vocce

Sotto Vocce means to speak softly, as does this wine. The varietals used to make this blend are Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah, and create a soft, elegant beauty of a wine. There are bright cherry and raspberry notes, along with earth and tobacco giving further intrigue. Hints of cardamom and dried herbs, with silkly tannins, and a long finish round it out.
