“Blending”

It has all come down to this.  Are you ready to play mad scientist?  We will explore what makes a good wine blend and the reasons why wineries use them.  The science equipment will be out so that you can try your own blends too!  Let’s see how creative we can get.  Special guest and winemaker, Cat, will join us for this special class.
